26.05.23My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Bankers Alley Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special.
A huge shoutout to Simone at reception — she gets 5 stars on her own. We wanted to change to a room higher up and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Personally, I think she is perfect for this position. She was attentive, energetic, and genuinely excited for us, almost like she was living the experience through us. That kind of service is rare and really made our stay memorable.
The hotel itself has such a unique, arty style that we absolutely loved. It felt modern, creative, and different from the standard hotel experience. There were also a few lovely perks included which made the stay even better.
The shower pressure was AMAZING, the bathroom size was perfect, and the bed was sooo comfortable — we slept incredibly well.
Overall, such a warm and enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!
