Very nice weekend stay in a 1 bedroom suite - furniture is a bit tired but very clean and tidy - bed was great. Ensuite bathroom reno has been done and is very good. Proximity to ferry is a plus for a day trip to Auckland CIty.

Check in was great, staff were awsome to deal with, i staying again thus Kings birthday weejend.

The location is perfect, and the room has everything you need. The heated floor in the bathroom was a delight, and this has one of the few decent bathrooms where the water didn't go everywhere. The kitchenette had everything, would've stayed there longer. It only had certain sky channels and no ability to cast from our phones or log into apps so we watched movies from our laptop but other than that it was great. Nice smelling too! Didn't interact much with the staff so I couldn't really rate them in all fairness but the few times we did see them they were lovely

Our second stay at this accommodation near the harbour was not quite as enjoyable as the first. The room- executive suite- was equally spacious, and was barely half the price paid the first time we stayed here- but a power outage early the morning of out last day made things a little inconvenient, as we had to lug cases down a flight of stairs. They stated a generator would be in use, but that wasn't the case when we left. However, this accommodation was otherwise fully acceptable to us, with a very spacious suite at hardly more than the price we paid for a North Shore room less than half the size a couple of days earlier! The only thing I'd suggest is that a little painting might improve the slightly worn of some wall surfaces.

Good location next to the water and parks and shops a fairly good distance. Rooms were larger than most and cleaned well. Facilities were borderline with the wall heater and aircon and a few things needing upgrading. Parking was handy and only a small amount of rooms keep it quiet and more private compared to other hotels.
