컴포트 호텔

The location is good , there’s restaurant and supermarket. Metro is within 5mins walk. The room itself is cozy we had a few nights good sleep. Though the toilet had a strange smell on the 1st night we checked in but the staff was very helpful and fixed it the next day. The lady manager also very helpful and make sure everything is ok during our stay and offered us a complimentary trip to the airport. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable.

POOR SERVICE: - FRON DESK PERSONS - Unhelpful or indifferent staff. - Failure to stick to what they offer. - Inconsiderate. The front desk people are not on the same page. The man and the Lady are not on the same page when it comes to the services provided of the hotel and also base on Agoda it says there clearly That they will provide it just really dissatisfied. " FYI more than 3days of stay they provide airport transfer service " The situation- I ask the front desk man the night after if there is a complementary back and forth airport service transfer and he responds it quickly BUT when the time i got checked out and the front desk lady said it’s only one time. It’s really confusing and it’s really MISLEADING . This need to improve. ROOM CONDITION: - Dirty toilet bowl and tiles with mold and stains. And it stinks really bad unpleasant smell. - Sagging mattress it sinks in certain areas - No proper hygiene kit and they didn’t refill the handwash dispenser daily. Other Issues: - Limited selection and a lack of cleanliness of utensils and mugs I only like the hotel location very convenient. Near to a lot of tourist attractions/spots.

위치가 공화국광장에서 가깝고 근처에 마트가많고 지하철역이 가까운거리에 있다. 특히 조식이 훌륭하고(다양한 종류의샐러드포함) 시설이 만족할만하고 청결함. 호텔운영 1일투어 대만족(함께한 드라이버 Mher & Karen을 칭찬한다)하고 메니저가 엄청 친절했다

The budget single room, though a bit small, is reasonably clean. Staff are friendly. If you stay for three or more nights, the hotel offer free transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is close to the metro station, though one may also walk to the old town, as the Republic Square is just 15 minutes' walk away.
