spacious room, nice view, amazing location, very clean we arrived late at night on boxing day and the front desk had no one, we were left stranded unable to check in except for a phone number. we were initially unable to call through as we did not have a local number which sent us into a frenzy looking for alternatives which were all fully booked. a helpful staff at another hotel helped us call through to them and rerouted us to a German number, who finally gave us access to the keybox containing our keycard. Would have much appreciated the heads up regarding the absence of manpower at the front desk and instructions for contactless check-in, given that it was stated a 24h check-in hotel. Spending 2h on the streets at night in winter panicking over whether we had a room for the night was not a great experience

깔끔한 실내와 편안한 침구가 인상적이였습니다. 트램 탑승장은 도보 3분 거리에 있고 3분 거리에 식료품 마트가 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 수건이나 키친타올 등도 팬트리 룸에서 편하게 가져다 사용할 수 있었어요. 편하게 잘 쉬었구요. 기회가 되면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.
