Good stay and close to all the tourist destinations.

This is a great place for hot springs lovers. Most if not all room are Washitsu (tatami rooms) with mats on the floor with futon mattresses, not western-style beds. The staff is wonderful and they are cleaning all day. You are a few steps from the bus station and right next to the hot springs surrounded by shops and restaurants. If you can manage in a tatami room, this is a wonderful spot. Common toilets and sinks in the halway. There are 2 family hot springs bathing areas and a separate men's and women's area if the family rooms are full. We were there for 9 days and can't wait to return. Some websites metnion that hey have food but they no longer serve. Plenty of food in town. Stong wifi and also a free massage chair in the lobby. Great place and amazing staff. Cheers, Ra

旅馆的人非常友善，地点绝佳，距离汤畑和巴士站都是2分钟，据我所忆，男汤、女汤和家族风吕各两间。不会日语没关系，靠网页上的翻译完全没问题。

Location was great, but on a slope. Traveller's to note luggage movement. There's no elevator inside. The room is big but it's poorly maintained, so the interior walls are stained, and walls were thin. There was no private toilet inside, they only have shared bathroom and toilet with sinks outside the rooms. The staff were helpful to orientate around the place and they had map to help me go around the town. Manage expectations, it's unlike other ryokans in the town. Took me a while to find because the hotel signage was in Japanese. The facilities are basic and it has a bath.
