Great and varm staff always happy to help or just say hello. Location perfect for exploring Sarajevo. The layout of the larger room we had was a bit funky and not optimal.

Super hôtel! L'emplacement est un gros atout, près de commerces, de la rue principale, sans être loin du vieux quartier de Sarajevo. Hôtel calme et très propre avec un personnel accueillant.

The hotel did not have functioning air-conditioning nor room fans available. We were told the repair people would arrive in 2 or 3 days. Not helpful for our very hot two night stay. The desk personnel mostly provided lip service to any issues which arose. On the positive side, the location was great. One block from the Main Street and near the market.

I was disappointed in this hotel. I specifically checked with the front desk the day before my check out to ask if they would order me a taxi to the airport. They noted that it was not necessary as someone would be at the front desk at check out, The following morning, no one was there or anywhere to be found, so I was left scrambling to figure out how to call a taxi at 6am. Further, my experience at your hotel was overall quite unsatisfactory. My room was dirty when I checked in. A used and filthy women's hair tie was on the floor in my shower when I checked in and it remained there even after my room was 'cleaned.' It is likely still there. Further, there were bugs in my room and crawling out of the shower, which was quite dirty. My room had coffee sachets and tea bags but nothing to use to boil water. The overall appearance of the room was worn down and dirty. The wi-fi was also slow and often not working.
