The food was brilliant and the staff were very efficient as well as friendly. We both enjoyed the choice of food and the cakes were lovely.
Pleasant stay with friends, however very rude reception staff (think one of them was called Lilya) when we first arrived. We were not shown properly the way to our apartment so spent 10-15mins looking for the entrance. At check-in we were not informed that fresh clean towels will be provided every 3 days and bed sheets changed every 4 days. As we were unaware of this strange policy of theirs, we were given strange looks by the rude staff when we asked for clean towels (which you would expect to be provided every day given this is a 4* resort). We didn't expect much in terms of food after reading all the reviews so did not have high hopes - all inclusive so they served pretty much the same food 3 times a day. Pool staff were very friendly and approachable.One of the bedroom doors in our 2-bedroom apartment did not close properly due to the position of the lounge sofa but this was not a big deal for us, although annoying at times. Apartment was clean, shower was sometimes difficult to control the temperature of the water. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at this hotel, but could have been made better if all the staff were friendly
We was order transfer from airport, when we arrive not coming anybudy. Im try to call, but... We arrive than with taxi. We was order two rooms, but first night get just one. Staff is terible, our rooms we plaese to clean many times and when we com to ask that they laugfing at us. All staff all the time speak with phone, special maneger Pollina Petkova when we talk with her. Respect is 0 from her. Food not bad, but everyday is same so borrning
På dette hotellet får du mye for pengene. Vi bestilte hotellrom med 2 soverom. Hotellrommet var veldig stort og veldig bra. Aircondition fungerte veldig bra, positiv overraskelse. Maten i allinclusive var også bra. Mye grønnsaker og salater, men litt lite variasjon fra dag til dag. Drikken som er inkludert er helt forferdelig, alle tre vinsortene er nesten udrikkelige. Alle brus er med sukker, så dårlig utvalg om man har diabetes eller passer på vekt. Vannet smakte helt Ok og kaffen var drikkbar. Men dersom man ser bort ifra drikken, er måltidene bra. Det som virkelig er krise er renholdet på hotellet. Det eneste vaskepersonalet gjør er å bytte søppel og demonstrativt tørke gulvet med en sur mopp. Håndklær byttes så og si aldri, vi ba om å bytte håndklær etter dag 6, men måtte mase flere ganger og vente til neste dag før vi fikk nye. Sengetøy byttes også nesten aldri. Til dopapir er det tynt papir, så vi kjøpte eget. Det er mange barn på hotellet og kjedelig dersom man er unge voksne uten barn. Gardinene på soverommet har ikke bra dekning for lys, så man våkner opp. Det spilles høy musikk ved bassenget, så obs om man vil sove lenge. Wifi funket ikke på rommet, men i lobbyen. Personalet er vennlige og serviceinnstilt. De har egen gratis buss 1 gang i timen til stranda. Alt i alt vil jeg anbefale hotellet videre, men vær obs på renholdet (ta med egne håndklær) og drikke (kjøp egen drikke).
