25.09.25 When I made the reservation, they said they didn't know the latest platform, Agoda System, even though I paid at Agoda, and asked for a payment again because the payment was not confirmed. Even though I showed them the receipt and the reservation confirmation, they ended up making a double payment with the card information I gave them to pay for the crib additionally. They paid without permission or notification (which I discovered by checking my bank account the other day.) Then I went back the next day and complained, and they said they didn't even know then. The next day I went back and met with the manager and finally they offered me a refund. I booked this hotel just because I wanted to stay overnight in a comfortable way. But I had to go back to the hotel with my child for three consecutive days and to talk to them for a refund. This is why I don't want to recommend this accommodation.
24.07.25 they advertise that there is parking, but there is not. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel.
