I had specifically asked for a non smoking room and it was advertised room with garden view. When I got the room I got to know there are no smoking rooms that's a false advertisement in the Agoda platform, second for the view, I could see a tree in front of me and few buildings again a total disappointment. The lobby looks quite a charm but overall the room was very standard, the shower head when titled gave a weird sound every time

This is exactly the clash of expectation vs reality. When you expect 5 star hotel service but reality hits you hard. First time during a long trip across multiple countries when a hotel was a real dissapointment and everything is far below expectations. Room is dated, TV is from 18th century, cupboards are falling apart, light switches are hidden in broken shelf for whatever reason, water in tab has a yellow tone. Wifi is always on and off. Breakfast (which is charhed extra) is super basic..literally no options and even machine coffee is for extra charge!( 5 star hotel bravo!). Food in restaurant is very very average for a triple price comparing to nearby restos. They have nice pictures of the tennis court which was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. In reality they dont even have equipment to rent so its impossible to play even for surcharge (another bravo). They give you a coupon for welcome drink upon checkin which in reality can be exchanged only to 1 dribk which turned to be sprite with syrup. Overall feeling- hotel is falling apart while management is trying to save on everything (in reality-on guests). Depressing 5 star experience.

Hotel service was really excellent, with kind and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable - large bed, workable desk space, not cramped. Garden is peaceful and location was convenient for airport and some parts of city centre. Recommended.
