26.02.15We had a very poor experience due to a leaking air conditioner that flooded our room. To make matters worse, the maintenance staff used our room phone without asking and stood on our chairs with their slippers on. We also found that multiple power outlets didn't work. Very unprofessional.

26.02.11I spent a few days there, the only good thing was the staff. Reynalyn and Ferly were the most outstanding staff at the front desk. I got there late and Reynalyn helped me order food with her phone , They deserve a raise .
Now the windows in the room were dirty like they haven’t been cleaned for a few years , my shower stopped working , the balcony is rusty and dirty, in all the hotel is old.
The only two things good about it are the pool areas and all the amazing staff that worked very hard to help my stay a little bit better
