Was given a big room with complimentary cookies which is really appreciated.
Reception staff was helpful and amicable.
Had luggage storage facilities which was really helpful
Continental breakfast was good - but very low salty options.
25.01.23 We have wanted to visit Lisbon for some time and found it easy to walk to important sites from this hotel. There were a couple of lovely places to eat very close, including a delightful Indian restaurant. The staff were terrific and so helpful.
24.11.02 Nice staff and hotel, but the building feels small. Unless the location is of particular importance, I would recommend the Turim Alameda, which is a few metro stops further away.
24.09.07 While my one night stay was passable or marginally satisfactory I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
The nightly rate for this property is not commensurate with what you receive.
Room was tiny. Have to leave a deposit for the mini bar [hello 1980's get rid of the mini bar].
Location is just okay. Was quiet on the top floor.
Just feels as though you paid for more but are getting less.
