There are two things that make me happy at a hotel: bathtub and bacon. This hotel has both and so much more! We really fell in love with the town of Balestrand. We liked the rich woodwork in the hotel, the paintings, the view! Room had a wonderful view of the fjord. Breakfast was something to look forward to every day. We were thinking about breakfast the night before haha!

Five stars service for the hotel. Once you reach at the port, they have private van to fetch you to the hotel entrance. They have been so considerate as the slope is steep for people walk with luggage. Besides, the receptions are friendly and helpful. They also served the best breakfast in my life! Highly recommended!
