Satisfied with the price, And good view

We booked a double bed with aircon room before arrival. When we arrived there, a rude receptionist with attitude told her staff to bring us to a fan room (I have been travel alot and normally I dont really mind how receptionists behave but this one really stand out as being rude) and I said thats not what I booked, so she looked in her booking list again and found out the room we booked wasnt availble even I showed her that I got the booking. No apology no sympathy from the staff. Leaving there to stay somewhere else was the best decision ever.

Hotel location is good, just about 10 minutes walk from 7-11. Staff was friendly and polite. My room wasn't occupied so they allowed me to do early check-in, which I appreciate a lot. The view from my bungalow was okay. There's a kettle in the room, that can be used for brewing tea leaf and that was a great addition to my stay. I purchased some oolong tea, and enjoyed the time watching over the sunset and sunrise from my room sipping delicious Mae Salong tea. The room was simple but convenient and clean with enough space. Only one thing I would suggest to improve is a water heater in the shower. Water wasn't really hot, and it might be uncomfortable to take shower on cold morning. Breakfast at the restaurant was very nice with different options to choose.

Hotel room is very spacious and the old feel is nice. However, need to upgrade on room utilities.
