25.11.05Checked in to wrong room, balcony door broken, moved to another room that smelled of smoke and was definitely rushed by housekeeping. No staff told us where to find facilities, swimming pool and towers. Sauna and steam was broken and not working. Overall, totally shocked at this property and stayed in many Pestanas.
