26.05.12The bar noise and sounds can hear in the room the whole night the daytime front desk told me that she give us a quiet and good room but its not true wifi is too weak as well we only avail the free one it should be ok because I compare to my friends wifi in their room it’s perfectly ok but for us no, TV is not working no signal all the time. Telephone is not working sometimes I call reception no answer I have to go down to tell them my complaints they said they pick up but I couldn’t hear anything another another issue is the bathroom too many cockroaches and the hair blower is not working I checked it seems that the room was not maintained long time I ask to change room but unfortunately they couldn’t help me so I just leave it like that then the next day they didn’t change my room with all the complaints. Another issue is the swimming pool they told us 9am to 6pm pool is open but when we go to the rooftop they are close they told us that the staff went for lunch for 30min so we wait but then we waited an hour and half for the pool to open, pool is not maintained properly it seems that they don’t really open it long for long time
26.05.12 The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and the facilities were well- maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. The room size and cleanliness exceeded expectations, and the staff provided attentive housekeeping services. Parkibg was convenient, and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, the experience offered great value for money with restful sleep throughout.
