Can't fault Parklands in any way! Beautiful, clean, fantastic breakfast!
It's a relaxed b and b. Hot breakfast is served fresh, and across a number of hours in the morning (unlike some b and bs). They offer drinks in the evening, and were fine with my colleagues and I ordering Deliveroo to eat in their lounge for dinner.
The rooms are comfy, although bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, as you can hear other guests if they're out in the hallway.
Staff are friendly, but you sometimes have to wait a while for someone to notice you at breakfast.
Chose Parklands because of proximity to relatives in Oford. Delighted by high standards of service, furnishings, attention to detail. Hot breakfast cooked to order, other items from buffet. All very tasty. Would be very happy to stay again.
Excellent B&B- clean, great facilities and in a good location. Poor soundproofing in the room we stayed in meant we could hear the couple above us snoring!
The room was nice but very small and a long climb upstairs. The breakfast was great.
