Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall I’d rate it more like a 3 star as it does need some upgrading but it is adequate. Location wise it is a bit awkward to get to the city of Lisbon, unless you have use of a car but this reflected in the value for money of this hotel.

The hotel was pretty basic. It has all the necessary facilities - they’re just not very good. Breakfast was not great and the rooms were just ok. It really is off a highway so not the easiest access. It’s just ok.

The room is reasonably clean. Room size is standard for a European hotel. There is a lot of TV channels made available. This is good because it helps me while away the time when I’m jet lagged. CNN, CNBC is available for viewing. The bed is comfy. I was not woken up by the neighboring occupants nor the street traffic. There is one fridge in the room. On the negative side, there is only 1 chair in the room. The hair dryer looks so worn. I didn’t use it though. I don’t know if it’s working. There is no tea kettle, coffee or tea in the room. I never use those in the hotel anyway. There is no microwave available to heat your leftovers. As for the pool, I can’t swim. So I can’t really comment on it. There’s hardly any stores or restaurants nearby. We just used the Uber to go to town. This hotel provides very basic service. Don’t expect luxurious accommodation for a low budget hotel.
