I did not sleep well on my second as it was raining the whole night instead of the rain water going into gutters it’s was dropping on the window ledge making a terrible noise. Shower in the morning was cold.

Stayed in this b&b after seeing a concert at the Utilia arena, it is run down, but you get what you pay for. The TV didn't work, the plug socket near the TV had now power in it, found this out when I went to make a coffee and the kettle wouldn't work. The bedside lights had no bulbs in them, and no power to them, the TV was on the wall at some point as the bracket was was still there and the Ariel had no connector to it with bare wire showing. The bathroom sink had a crack in it so did the bath. Breakfast was ok as it was a continental.
