Good budget price for staying in Central of Southampton compared to others B&Bs where they charged at a higher rate. Car parking is a plus when considering parking in town is expensive. Room is clean and tidy. Bedding is kind of not presentable in my case, the sheets cover is very Creasey and used too much fabric conditioner. The mattress is well worn, too much spring noise. Bathroom is well used but it's clean. Just don't expect much for the price you pay. I would happy to use it again, I'm not a demanding guest I supposed.
