Clean, tidy, owner very nice, we didn't have a car but there was a bus stop outside the premises.....into city centre took about 8 minutes

Very friendly welcome, operators are helpful, serve yourself breakfasts are great: no ham, bacon and eggs for a change

Excellent service and comfortable stay

A 2 night break for a family celebration. The owner Peter met us and gave us a guided tour of the property. He couldn’t do enough for us, as we were the only guests at the time. Anything you needed, you only had to ask. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice and a lovely comfortable guest lounge to enjoy a bit of reading or sky tv. The motto here was “help yourself and if you want anything at all, just ask “ Nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Thanks Peter for entertaining us with your stories and making us feel right at home.

Good location,clean throughout,excellent host, nothing too much trouble for him, breakfast laid out to perfection and plenty to choose from.
