Limited reception so check in not easy and a bit odd, but staff are very pleasant and hospitable.
Nothing wrong with this hotel, very clean and tidy, will use again.

Very warm welcome, breakfast was superb well presented and served. My room was very clean and comfortable ideal for a one night stopover visiting friends.
We had stayed here in2018, then there was a pleasant bar and and a restaurant. the bar had almost no drinks, the restaurant was shut for so no evening meals. the room had no loo paper on arrival. the place has a run down appearance, and we will not stay there again.
Looked shutdown when I arrived, never saw more than one person on duty throughout stay.
No heating at 7pm, briefly came on around 7:30 but was stone cold when I returned at 10:30.
Heat came on for 1 hour following morning.
It was not warm!
I would hav complained but couldn't find anyone and only person the next morning was the cook/waiteress.
Breakfast a bit strange but acceptable except for strange metallically tasting bacon?
Very end of season, rundown, going broke, feel to the place.
