Washroom is not clean and service is horrible

The hotel experience was generally acceptable, but it did not reflect the level of quality typically associated with the Sheraton brand. The food quality was below average, and the facilities felt more aligned with a budget hotel rather than a premium property. On a positive note, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the location was excellent. However, the overall room rate was considerably high compared to the facilities, services, and overall experience provided.

The front office staff were not aware of the swimming pool maintenance work. My children were excited to use the pool, but unfortunately it was under maintenance. There was no prior information provided during booking or even after check-in regarding this issue.
