On the positive side, the air-conditioning was very effective and kept the room comfortably cold throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet also offered a good variety of options, which made mornings enjoyable. Service from the bellboy and porter staff was polite and helpful, and the hotel’s location is convenient, being close to the city centre and easy to get around from.
However, there were several noticeable downsides related to room maintenance and comfort. Only two out of four power outlets were functioning, which was inconvenient. The mattress caused itching and was not comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom counter appeared unstable, almost as if it could come loose. The chair in the room also felt fragile and unsafe to use. The bathroom door was noisy and creaked, and there were visible signs of wear with wood debris falling from the bottom. Additionally, the bidet knob was loose and kept falling off, which made it difficult to use properly.
