25.11.24 When we arrived we needed to request change of room because room didn’t match photo as it was inward looking in poor condition.
The staff was helpful in changing the room to a front room but this room had no air conditioning or a fan and a poor fridge which wasn’t very cold.
We booked also for the gym but there was no treadmill which was considered essential for a gym.
There was a good breakfast offered in a nice large dining room.
25.11.24 We needed to change our room to a better room as the room didn’t match the photo at all. The staff were helpful in arranging this!and we were given a front room with a view in the obelisk.
But the new room had a not very cold fridge and no air conditioner or fan. The rooms need an urgent upgrade.
We also chose this hotel for the gym but there was no treadmill - which I thought was essential.
The breakfast was good in a nice large dining room with good service.
