Hotel Golden Angel

무인 레지던스라서 사전에 여권 등록을 해야 하는 데 아고다에서는 등록 링크가 정상적으로 오지 않습니다. 이것은 아주 큰 문제입니다. 출입구 비밀번호도 받을 수 없었어요. 위치는 아주 좋고 숙소도 가성비 좋은 편입니다. 다만 카페트라서 얼룩이 많이 있었습니다. 예민한 분은 힘들 수 있습니다. 자체 홈페이지를 통해 예약하면 등록과정이 더 수월할 것 같습니다.

We stayed at Golden Angel for 4 nights. The location and noise insulation of the guest room were excellent. However, we were disappointed that there was no terrace or balcony in the room, even though it was clearly stated in the Agoda booking. We were assigned room 507 on the top floor, which has an inclined ceiling. The room layout was not ideal, as the TV was positioned to the left of the bed, making it impossible to watch comfortably. And our first impression was negatively impacted by two large stains on the carpet, which made the space feel less clean and comfortable. While a coffee machine was provided, no coffee capsules were available, which was another letdown. And since the hotel is running a automatic checkin system, you will need to pre-register from a link provided before your visit and facial biometrics are collected, which is mandatory. But if based on it's location, we still recommanded it.

Great location wise and taxi's are cheap so simply use Bolt to reach there (although walkable as well from the train station). It is right next to the Astronomical clock and everything is generally walkable. What I would have liked is a bit more (regular cleaning of the the showers and not just change of towels). i am not asking for daily, but at least once in 2 days. And some desk areas. I had to spread around everything on the proposed dining table, and last bit is that if you can fit the microwave somewhere else, there would be some good usable kitchenette counter space. All in all, these are minor niggles. I would stay again.

Trams, subway and bus stations are nearby. Old square is just few mins away.

Absolutely amazing location. Very central but nice and chilled side of the main historical square. 5 min walk to the main sq, and walking distance to everything. Including Prague Castle, 20-25min walk. Beware of the extremely steep hill/steps that you have to walk up to get to the castle’s main gate way/campus. No public transport can take you there. Don’t take the metro - it’s a scam! No notices to self valid your ticket, no barriers to stop you from going through, guards/metro workers at exit stations to catch you, (tourists) and fine you £35 each! For not validating your ticket! Hotel room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower/bathroom clean and functional, everything working well. Tidy and well equipped kitchenette. Plenty of wardrobe space. Has safe and iron with board. But the carpets looked like they have seen better days, a real let down, shabby, with stains everywhere- quite disgusting looking. I felt i had to keep my socks on or wish i’d brought my slippers with me!! Such a pity, they could’ve brought a large rug to at least cover the disgusting stains dotted around the room.
