This place was great especially for the price. The office people were really nice and helpful and the room was a good size, clean, and the hotel is in a great location by hagley park with plenty of parking. I was impressed and will stay again

I asked, when booking, to be emailed the instructions for for a late check in. This was not supplied and I had to make an extra 40 minute cross town trip, just to pick up my keys to assure I could actually get in. When I mentioned that the instructions were missing to reception, I was told that it didn't matter I didn't get the email, as I was here now. The rooms are clean but need minor repairs, a touch of paint, a light bulb changed, rehanging a curtain that has come off the rail. It shows a lack of care. The price was good and the location is very convenient.

Great, friendly service at reception. I accidentally booked the wrong day and called and they sorted it without any stress - on their end. Plenty of parking. Fabulous shower. Minimal, but quality kitchen facility - very clever design to fit it in. Super clean. Would totally happily stay here again.

4월9일 1박 했는데 무엇 보다 체크인 때 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 해 주신 친절 상냥하신 여성 스텝 분께 감사합니다. 위치는 공원 앞이라 2번에 걸쳐 산책 했고요. 시내도 걸어서 둘러 보기 좋습니다. 주차도 가능하고 객실도 편안했습니다. 가격도 합리적 입니다. 와이파이 신호가 약한 거 빼고는 다 만족합니다.

Easy to get to the riccarton shops, hagley park and through the park into the CBD. Would recommend. Only comment was that shampoo, toothbrush and the like were not provided so BYO. Body soap was provided.
