23.01.23Hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. Check in and out was easy. Beds were soft and great for sleeping. The breakfast was awesome and tasty. The pool was sparkling clean and warm. Plenty of pressure in the showers and plenty of towels
22.11.05 We stayed from Sept 17-20 to celebrate my daughter's 3rd birthday, and we enjoyed our stay so much. The room and facilities are amazing with accommodating staffs. Near to everything to explore in Rotorua. We will definitely come back to Distinction Hotel.
22.10.07 The spa grotto was my favourite thing about this hotel
22.09.15 Room had no hot water so had to move. New room was old and dingy, horrible springy bed with holes in base. TV kept cutting out, gym was closed and spa smelt funny. Paid to go have a spa and use a gym elsewhere. Only bonus is husband got a free breakfast due to room change.
22.07.23 Nice hotel facilities but it’s very noisy when we are in the too beside aircon MRV machine at ground floor. Suggest not stay at the rooms beside it or the hotel may need to consider how to reduce the noise in the rooms
