Very clean and excellent location. It was spacious with nice balcony. The price was excellent.

Hi agoda i need to complan cos last night when i want to check in . They said i got no booking id or booking reservations . So they dont let ne stay there. So i have to book a new hotel to sleep. I can make a call to malaysia agoda. So i have to go back to call n claim back my money. We are very angry. Plz refund my money ok . I dont know why i received agoda emaill n said to me with comfaim booking id but eng out when i arrive the appointment i call rhem they said they dont deal with agoda n they said their dobt have my booing detail but when i use WhatsApp send them ur booking detail to proof my booking to sray. Finally they said no even i use WhatsApp xall to them they still reply me said the same thing. So i really sad n engry to know that u guys agoda what the hell doing n the result turn up this way. Anyway u know all rhe time when i go travelling i use agoda n now this thing happen to me i n my familyy 5 ppl all feel sad n not happy with ur Agoda arrangements. So plz return my money ok if not when i ho back to malaysia sure i will call or go to ur kl ahoda office to make complaint n want to return my money ok. Unfortunately i dont have the local turkey telephone no so i can use the local no to call to malaysia no to make complain. So sad no more trust u agoda if u dobt refund my money ok u know online i book the apartment name is Mehmed bey suit n now u send me different name of hotel name. But the booking id no is same. Why ? N i really feel so funny ok. U guys plz do sone thing for me n plz double check my booking detail ok thanks why why why this happen to me . Sure me m my friend n my other four relative want to claim my their money ok . Plz do sometjing fir u n pic double check for my case ok. Thanks . If not when i ho back to kl sure i will go to ur agoda kl office see the person imcharge. U know hiw much i trust u agoda n now this happen to me thanks

Mehmet Bey Suites is an ideally located apartment building with clean and comfortable facilities for a family stay. Local shops in the vacinity as well as the Grand Bazar and Hagia Sophia at walking distance provide convenience. Overall the stay was nice with helpfull staff especially the cleaning lady.

View from the balcony was good, but very uncomfortable bed and the place was super rundown. We had a 4 day booking and we moved out after 1 day. They refused to refund.
