Good bed. Clean and in fact new shower rooms . Quiet. McDonald's just 2 meters from hotel . Fast elevator.

Our cab driver warned us it was not a good place. When we arrived, another couple was leaving and told us it was horrible. It was 10 pm and we were tired so we thought th or one night it would be ok. We climbed in bed to read and quickly found 2 bugs in the bedding. Both had red blood when I squished them. I jumped out of bed and got dressed and we checked out at midnight. Horrible place was dog Irtysh and two people told us it was a bad place with otostitutes coming snd going. Worst place I’ve been. To their credit, they did give a full refund.

Bed bugs everywhere. We tried 3 different rooms, all had the same issue. Bed bugs infestation, hundreds of them coming from every corner. Impossible to sleep. The room was extremely dirty, stained and almost everything is broken. Don't fall for the old well kept pictures. It's not even close to what it seems. The McDonald's next door is a gathering place for street racers at night, even on Tuesday night. They are loud, bringing trash all around the property. It made my Amsterdam trip feel bitter and stressful. It was by far my worst hotel experience. I couldn't sleep at all.

Nasty rooms and bed bugs, hopefully we will get our money back.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Cockroaches, hair, stains...
