26.05.30The location is okay. Can walk going to SB and other food chains. G Mall is in front. The room is clean and spacious. I just dont like the bathroom. The AC is old as well.
26.05.26 Beautiful lobby with welcoming staff, they’re doing lots of renovations which is necessary. Breakfast is good but they don’t have the basic tea, no green tea even, they offered me chamomile tea with extra charge, find it ridiculous. The hotel is very old, but it’s clean. The pool at the 3rd floor needs a little love. Looks so boring and tired.
26.05.25 We’re not happy for the service of the front desk and unsatisfied for the aircon not working well and the toilet bowl is working well and there’s no hot water
26.05.22 Pros:
Great location — close to a small Gaisano mall, fast food restaurants, pharmacies, and nearby sari-sari stores, all within walking distance. It’s also conveniently near People’s Park and other tourist attractions.
For improvement:
There was an unpleasant sewer odor coming from the bathroom that could sometimes be noticed inside the room. We had to keep the air conditioner running to help lessen the smell.
