22.11.02Earlier they given very untidy room. Upon request the front desk cooperated and changed the room with a good view and clean room. Too much AC sound in the room. The room service staff offered us a very smelly extra bed, which I was not able to keep for 1 minute. He shouldn't have offered if they don't have other one. Very unprofessional way.
