Stayed here with my family. Very convenient with small children as breakfast was included (and huge buffet), plus option to have bar service, lunch pool side and full buffet dinner for a cost.

Staff makes the stay no less pleasant than the facility itself. Nuno and many other were excellent, advising on travel and activities and helping all the way. I wish there are people like Nuno working at all hotels I stay at. Otherwise, clean and comfortable place with quickly resolved matters, good breakfast and perfect location. highly recommend!

I stayed at Sao Miguel Park hotel for 10 nights and experienced the best of Azores hospitality. From a very early checkin after my overnight flight from Canada to the lovely room with view of the city and the Atlantic, every moment of my stay was delight. The wonderful warm hospitality of the the staff, the lovely central location, the great facilities of the hotel helped make my first time in the Azores a wonderful vacation. I will be back next year with my family to stay again.

Nice hotel and a good base of operations for our family trip to the Azores. It is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the harbour. We booked 2 rooms B&B for a week in August 2022. Rooms were fine - good size and clean. Breakfast was nice with a decent choice. Only quibbles were that there was no water in the room when we arrived late. And the key card for one of the rooms constantly failed and had to be reactivated twice a day, which got annoying towards the end. Bar food menu was a bit limited in the evening. Staff were lovely and very helpful organising taxis, etc... Would definitely have no problem staying there again.
