First day we arrived everything was perfect. On the next morning at 7:30 in the morning there was a drill sound and hammering. The next morning it was the same. When I told that in the reception, they said it's normal to repair from the morning... The 2 elevators are not connected between each other, so you press both buttons to get any of them. Furthermore the button up and down doesn't work. Every time I pressed to go down, I got the elevator which went up and I had to travel extra 2 floors. The heating was not working the last night and they couldn't help it. I got a possibility to change my room, but!!!! the heating was off in the whole building, so that wouldn't make a sense. This all I've told nicely at the reception to a man, who decided to be very unfriendly. All in all we got a ridiculously small refund, like a10% of the whole stay, but that's more than nothing. Breakfast was nice.
