Had a short trip and it made it morw memorable with Novotel

Close to public transportation

All of the front-desk staff I dealt with are very friendly and professional (kudos to these staff - I did not get their names). The location is not so central but the Tiergarten train station is just beside the hotel so it is easy to go to the city centre. There are not so many restaurants nearby but there is a nearby Burger King which is open probably until midnight (not sure if open 24 hours). Overall, it was a good 3-night stay.

I booked 3 persons for one room and I checked in 10:00 pm due to delayed train from Hamburg. The staff didn’t prepare room for us , he came to make the bed and we waited. He wasn’t friendly in spite of his mistake!
