Despite seeing the other negative reviews, we didnt expect our experience to be the opposite. If you plan to visit vatican city in your trip this is the best place to stay for the cost. Vatican is so accessible both from the museum side (which is in front of the facility) and the main entrance at st peter's square - just a short 10 minute walk. Taxi access is also not an issue here. Hot water is very much available. The superior family room is very spacious. I think the only issue we have is the lack of a dinning space, otherwise its perfect.
