Nice staff

Photos show in the hotel profile are totally different in reality

It looks good in the outside and in the lobby but the room was terrible. It was musky and had a moldy smell. Thank God, we were only staying there for one night. The bathroom didn't feel sanitary so I didn't even take a shower there. My partner tried to but the water was too cold. The staff were nice but once they saw us they wanted to "help" with our luggage so they can get a tip. I know it's the culture but still. I do not need help with my bags when there is a lift and our room is right next to it.
