Nice heritage and royal experience. Staff was good. Key landmarks nearby like Amer fort, EleJungle, Main city hardly 30-40 min away. Food quality was good Ample amount of area for kids to play

Basics are not ok with this property. Staff rude, ac not working basic hugien is a big issue . And if they are not able to serve you they will make a fool not able to give solution, not able to refund money

My stay at Shiv Vilas Jaipur was extremely disappointing and far below expectations for a luxury property. The management and staff were unprofessional and completely unresponsive to guest concerns. Despite repeated complaints, no proper assistance or follow-up was provided. The attitude of some staff members was rude and careless, which made the entire experience unpleasant. The room maintenance was poor, and the cleanliness and service quality were not at all up to standard. What was most frustrating is that instead of resolving issues, the staff kept giving excuses and apologies without taking any real action. For the kind of prices they charge, the experience was not worth the money at all. This resort is only for weddings. Most of the rooms are empty unless there is a Wedding

We chose a hotel outside the city because of pool as we traveled with kids. And pool opened early and think it didn't close until 8pm. It suited our needs so nicely. That we could manage to swim after going on a trip.
