Overall excellent

Booked this property based on the reviews + location factor. Thoroughly impressed with the staff, extrememly well mannered and hosptiable. Not just the front desk but even the housekeeping, room service and valet. This shows the committment from the top to make the stay comfortable and pleasant for all guests. The breakfast was nice and the lunch/dinner at the restaurant was equally good. I usually book properties in koramangala but from next time, will book with Pai group. Thoroughly impressed!
