The room size is OK. The facilities was also good but the there was staff shortage. the property is not well maintained. There was no one to take our luggae from lobby to the room. It took about more than 30 minutes to allott a staff for taking our luggage. There was no one in the breakfast lobby. Yes No one. The items were very limited and that too all scatteerred. There was no one to provide cutleries. Overall the stay experienece was good but the breakfast experience was terrible.

The location is in heart of city but bit dull. Its seems the hotel is famous in local. We enjoyed our stay here. Some renewation is ongoing and swimming pool was closed. I think their renovation is going for ages now. Cost vise bit on higher side. So if you get a better deal go for it in other hotel.

The hotel is good in terms of location and sevice however they need to have more rooms with kong size beds. The don't have any proper rooms with bathtub and king bed combination. Staff is good and service and food was very good

The D block rooms are really charming! Helpful housekeeping staff as well as in room dining staff. The telephone in the room did not work however maintenance did come to check the same. Special mention to Shahnawaz for upgrading the room! Looking forward to visit in the future as well.😊👍🏻
