The hotel is in a great location if you want to be near the old city. The large garden was nice to relax in, and the common areas had a lot of old world charm. We enjoyed spending time in these areas. Staff, particularly those in the restaurant were great and the food was excellent. The rooms were of a very mixed quality. We booked a deluxe room but the room was quite basic and could have been cleaner. As with the garden some attention to detail is required. I did see some much better rooms but we weren't allocated those. The property has at least 3 giant breed dogs eg. St Bernard, Newfoundland. If you don't like loud barking dogs waking you up in the morning then don't stay here.

Great place to stay in Chandpole from where one can access all the major attractions by taking Metro. Metro station is just 2 mins away from the property. The staff is very good and will help you with car booking for sightseeing.

THe hotel has what I like to call faded grandeur. Staff is very polite , breakfeast isn't worth it at least for me I can't stand Nescafe and that is the only coffee they have . the Havali is old , and it needs to be up kept a bit better, our bathroom was full of ants and the rattan basket they placed the towels in was moldy. when I I saw the mold i showed them the basket and they replaced the towels right away. Like I said staff was great.
