It's clearly the fault of poor management, the staff are themselves quite efficient. The manager is in no way reviewing his hotel on a daily basis
I needed a hotel in Solo on two occasions over 4 days, and could not bring myself to booking it again.
If you need to be in the area, go see FIM 100m away. 3 stars and superior in every aspect.
