26.05.06 I really like my stay at Clarks though it was for a night, by mistake I booked wrong date one day prior to arrival date but when I called the hotel they actually accommodated and shifted to next day which I really appreciate not even a single hospitality chain does this! Secondly my room was pool facing and upon requesting they shifted me to river facing.. honestly best accomodating hotel who understands customers needs! Will recommend to all the people who are looking for centrally located place at lucknow, hazratganj is just 5 mins away where you can feel real vibe of Lucknow
26.04.21 This hotel has a very good city centre location. Has metro stop K D Singh 10 minutes walk away. We took the metro from the airport and arrived in 29 minutes.
Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Haxrat Ganj only 1 stop away.
Hotel is clean, nice food and very pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend.
