エルミタージュ美術館に数分で行ける立地の良さ、スタッフもとても親切でしたが、外の表示がなくて、とてもわかりにくく、迷いました。フロントは、ビルの三階です。

This is the worst hotel we have ever lived worldwide. Upon our check-in New Year Eve, we were asked to pay registration fee but we never need to pay at other hotels. We questioned about this fee but they just kept saying this is our law, you dont understand Russian. 1.5 hours later, the staff knocked our door at 12.30 to talk about public bath room leaking problem. We said it's 12.30 midnight New Year so please come and talk to us tomorrow. One of the staff started to shout " You have to talk now! now now!You pig!!" After she sweared for a while, we couldn't stand anymore then opened the door. She contiuned to swear and even pushed my sister. We tried to complaint to other staffs but they asked us to take the luggage bags and go away. The very next day we were told that Hotel.com wants us to leave the hotel and we asked for the proof and she refused. Also there is no hot water around 11pm plus the hotel is very noisy. We don't feel safe and secure here as female. Many thanks to Hotel.com, they immediately arranged us another hotel to stay after we contacted them and explain the whole story. And they took our complaint very seriously.
