24.03.31Hotel Park View is located in a homely and safe ambience. Hotel is clean, rooms are good, staff are good, food is excellent, the booking process thru Agoda was easy and fast. I highly recommend Park view hotel stay and booking thru Agoda.
24.02.15 My recent stay at Hotel Park View was highly disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional and uneducated demeanor of the reception manager, who significantly impacted my experience negatively. The rooms felt more like cages due to their cramped size, and the food quality was utterly unsatisfactory. Although the hotel lacks dedicated parking, which added to the inconvenience, its only redeeming feature is its location, convenient for those needing to be in Vile Parle. Overall, my experience was far from pleasant.

23.03.15 Nice little hotel. Or it could be. If the hot water worked all hours, the room floors were not sticky with who-knows-what from previous guests, the valet was not pushy, the staff did not bicker with each other, and on check-out the receptionist did not try to catch out for the airport shuttle receipt to double-bill. Otherwise, quite a quiet, cozy place overlooking a park!
