This hotel is amazing, we got it at a steal from Agoda and it was one of the best decisions we chose to make. Good breakfast and even the in room dining was amazing, not to mention fairly cheap as well. The hotel staff are very accommodating and were very helpful as well when he hit a snag one morning due to our car becoming too cold to start. highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel expensive as per the facilities provided. No AC but provided a table fan instead. No proper ventilation. Restaurant and its staff is good

This hotel's employees and Agoda, both , have colluded to deny us a refund of " third nite not used" and also ignored the fact that we paid for a double room, but as one of us had a flight cancellation from Delhi, they made us continue to pay fully for the " double pax fare despite only single usage " of the room . Hotel and Agoda played with us saying they can't reach other and AGoda says if hotel will accept ok, hotel says yes we will accept and will tell Agoda, but result - sheer profiteering and looting by both hotel and Agoda. It is an industry wide reasonable practice in hotels to waive at least 50% of a room , when not used. We used only two nites out of 3 booked and paid for in advance. When there is no pax, a hotel does not pay the tax to the govt on the room , which was already collected in advance at about 15-20% of the room rent. There is no breakfast given nor any expenses on bedsheets, pillows, toilets, electricity , towels,toiletries, tea , coffee,etc. Will recommend never ever stepping near Hotel Spic n Span or using AGoda , and if at all using or booking to never pay in advance. They will cheat you.
