Nice hotel, great facilities and everything is fairly modern, great location as it is nearby to everything and the main areas of Surfers Paradise, Room could be in better condition in some areas as i had noticed carpet is ripped up in corners,and wardrobe cuboards have been broken, and a few walls have a fair bit of marks and damage on them, apart from that the room is very nice and i am happy with it

I had not received any information about where to collect the key, so I had to call the hotel myself. Check-in was supposed to be at 2pm and key details were meant to be sent at 12pm, but I heard nothing. I called again at 1:45pm and still was not told that my room would be delayed. When I arrived at the office at 2pm, I was then told the room was not ready because the cleaner had severely cut her hand and was still in the room. I was told I could go to the room anyway, but the cleaner would still be there. When we got to the parking spot, someone else (the cleaner) was parked in it. When I went up to the room it still wasn’t ready and I was told it would be another hour. I even offered to finish cleaning it myself so we could settle in, but this was refused. When the cleaner eventually left, there were also no toiletries provided. Overall there was no apology, no communication beforehand, and nothing offered to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I won’t be booking through this company again.

Great views, great location. Beautiful rooms and facilities definitely will be back

They need to upgrade the room . A few light is not working , curtain is not working. No light in the balcony, 1 of stove not working. Alots need to upgrade

가성비와 조망 압도적입니다. 바다를 볼 수 있는 멋진뷰에 부대시설(수영장, 가벼운 사우나, 피트니스) 또한 너무 편하게 이용하고 좋았어요 무조건 추천합니다
