26.05.27This is truly a hidden gem in Florence. Located at tram line 2, it's convenient for people who arrive either by plane or train. It's in the first floor of an old, luxurious building. The room had insanely high walls. Despite the building's age, the room was properly equipped with a TV, AC, and modern toilet. The only downside is if you are sensitive to noise, the hotel is just next to a main road. The staff was incredibly friendly and I felt at home. Would definitely stay there again! Great value for money.
25.06.17 Best thing about it is its location and accessibility. It's rather old but clean enough. It's antiquity is probably part of its charm. There is an elevator to the hotel reception. But if you have heavy luggages, the flight of stairs in the hotel itself might be tricky so request for a room that's not on the mezzanine level. The receptionist, Chris, was most helpful and accommodating.

24.10.31 Very good location, close to the main sights of the city. Older hotel, not too well maintained - but very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. Only downside - parking is a bit of a problem, if you use your own car.
24.10.15 Hotel reception was only managed till 1900hrs so need to prepare to call them for late check-in.
