Good for bachelor and family

The stay is located just in front of baga beach ,easy access to beach and nearby areas

I'll try to be very honest here. I don't know how the property got such high ratings, but the management really needs to renovate all the interiors. The room interiors are very old and squeaky. Fan in our room would only rotate at 5-speed, the AC only at 24. The room kept smelling of really old furniture. Also, the pillow and sheets are not white anymore . The bathrooms though just about clean , are crying out for new fittings and major renovation. The location is good, the prices are low but if management takes a bet to renovate it into a modern hotel, they can easily charge double and still get full occupancy. The staff members are polite. The pool is very small, so didn't use it. Maybe would be good for kids if hotel is renovated to a higher level. I had booked for two nights, but moved out to another hotel in the second day itself. Only then could I feel refreshed.

Food was ok and very limited options. Rooms was also ok ok types..

Only location is good, but cleanliness and other facilities are not good.
