Ryokan Chaume

I stayed one night at Ryokan Chaume as part of my shimanami kaido ride. The staff were really sweet and it was great to enjoy some Japanese hospitality. The food was good and the stay included a ticket to the local baths (indoor and outdoor) and the staff provided a little amenity kit for use there. The ryokan was full when I stayed. It’s in a quiet area, not along the main blue shimanami kaido route, but it wasn’t too difficult to bike there. When my bike got a flat, the staff nicely help me call the rental location to replace it.
