24.04.01Rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. Most interesting part is the room with swimming pool view, pool and Galleria restaurant to enjoy. Loved butter chicken, butter naan, malai tikka.
24.04.01 A nice and cozy place well maintained and very good food and location. The only sad part was some staff were really welcoming and helpful yet few were very rude and careless, especially the front desk.

24.03.30 The hotel location and food is good. That’s all to say about this place. Terrible service. Throughout our stay some construction work or renovation was going on. Paint and polish smell even in the AC blower. Drilling and tile work sound all throughout the day. All of us including the kids fell sick. Upon complaining, very lacklustre response from receptionist. Ideally they should have avoided the floor for reservations and should have given another room in a peaceful floor. Customer service scores Zero in this hotel. Even a ₹150 tea, they don’t know how to serve. Exorbitantly priced food menu, room service, but the food taste and quality is good. Even the bar closes at 10:30pm sharp. Such a waste of money staying in the hotel.
